Aroma Touch Therapy
dōTERRA's AromaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians & visceral contact points of the back & feet to help balance the sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous systems of the body. The technique includes four primary steps designed to minimize systemic stressors to autonomic balance. Each step includes the application of two essential oils or essential oil blends specifically formulated to support healthy emotional & physiological functions for well-being.
Benefits include stress reduction, immune support, a decrease in inflammation in the body, & an overall sense of well-being.
For your AromaTouch Therapy session, you will remove your top so the oils can be worked into the spine. You will relax comfortably on a massage table (laying on your stomach) with the BioMat underneath you. The oils will be dripped along the spine & gently massaged in while you experience warmth & increased healing from the BioMat. The essential oil application will take approximately 45 minutes. Afterwards, you will be left to enjoy the BioMat as the oils integrate. Your session will leave you feeling restored & rejuvenated.

reiki
Reiki (霊気) is a holistic Japanese technique that is used for healing, relaxation, & stress relief around the globe. It is defined by some as "spiritually guided life force energy" & is a safe & effective method of healing for all beings, including animals. It can be used in conjunction with all other therapeutic or medical techniques to assist recovery & relieve side effects.
Reiki is based on the belief that a "life-force energy" flows through all things. Using this technique, the practitioner is transferring universal energy (Reiki) through the palms of the hands into the recipient to bring healing & a deep state of peace & equilibrium. Receiving a treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance flowing through & all around you.
Reiki is administered by the practitioner placing his or her hands directly on the body or "hovering" them just above. For your Reiki session you will remain fully clothed (unless combining with another treatment such as AromaTouch) while laying comfortably on a massage table with the BioMat underneath you. You may experience feelings of warmth or coolness, tingling, or "waves" of energy. You will emerge feeling peaceful, relaxed, & reconnected.

Experience healing in ways you never thought possible with the Richway Amethyst BioMat's three-part synergy of infrared light, negative ions, & amethyst crystals. Private Sound Healing Appointments
In our unique Sound Healing Appointment, Chelle Atma Devi & Dave will “bathe” you in vibrational frequencies of various healing instruments. This inner exploration guided by diverse sounds that resonate with different parts of the body will lead you into a state of deep relaxation where profound healing & connection to a higher consciousness can occur.
During your appointment, you will remain fully clothed & relax comfortably on your back on a massage table with the BioMat underneath you. Chelle Atma Devi & Dave will play the healing instruments for approximately 45 minutes while you will experience the vibration, as well as the warmth & increased healing from the BioMat. For the remaining 15 minutes, you will be left to enjoy the BioMat. Your session will leave you feeling relaxed & at peace.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All sales at One Yoga Center, LLC are final. There are no refunds on any purchases of class packages, memberships, classes, workshops, events or healing arts services. It is the responsibility of the client to note the dates and times of classes, workshops & events, or expiration or end date of such services rendered. There is no sharing of any class packages or memberships.
To cancel your auto-renew membership, please call or speak with us at the center at least 14-days (2-weeks) prior to your next scheduled auto withdrawal.
We are a small business & we appreciate your understanding of our policies. Thank you for your support.
Class, Event & APPOINTMENT Reservation/Booking Policy
We appreciate you pre-registering for classes & events to reserve your spot. You may register for classes up to 14-days prior.
We are a small studio space & at times students will be placed on a waiting list for classes. Therefore, if you will not be attending a class you’ve reserved, please check out of the class as soon as possible so someone else may be moved from the waitlist into the class. We also have the following policies for cancellations & no-shows:
Cancellations for reserved classes, events, workshops, private appointments & healing appointments must be made at least ONE-hour before the scheduled start time. If you cancel your reservation after the one-hour cut off, this will be considered a "late cancel" & you will be charged a $5 fee. If you are registered & fail to show for a class, event, workshop, private appointment or healing appointment that you have reserved, this will be considered a "no show" & you will be charged a $10 fee. If you purchased a single class or are on a class-pass package, one class will be deducted from that package as if you attended.
Clients must arrive at least 5-minutes before class or an event or workshop begins to secure their reserved space, otherwise spaces may be given to any waitlisted clients who wish to attend.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be easing our policies for anyone who does not feel well. If you or anyone in your family are sick or have recently been sick, please stay home & a full refund in the form of an account credit will be given & a rescheduled date is not an option (please email us to request account credit).
