One Tribal Belly Dance

One World Tribal Belly Dance is directed by Chelle. Our troupe’s intention is to explore improvisational Tribal Fusion Belly Dance in an atmosphere that emphasizes joy, acceptance, & respect.  We aspire to develop sisterhood & community where all are welcome to join.

Tribal Belly Dance is a fun & unique workout that strengthens the entire body, develops confidence, & creates a special bond amongst dancers.  Through this beautiful dance, you will also cultivate a deeper connection with your body & breath. No prior dance experience is required. Class is your time to laugh, move, & breathe.  If you’re looking for a different way to workout & connect with your friends, Tribal Belly Dance classes are for you!

Classes will consist of:

  • Warm-ups

  • Isolation techniques & drills

  • Tribal Belly Dance movements (fast & slow) with a focus on proper dance posture

  • Combos, transitions, layers, & levels

  • Putting it all together

  • Cool down

IN-PERSON Class Requirements:

  • Yoga Mat

  • Socks (non-grip socks recommended)

  • Water
