In-Person Requirements & Policies

  • We are limited in space for our in-person classes so pre-registration is REQUIRED for all classes.

    • Do not show up unless you've reserved your space in the class on the MindBody App or Website prior to attending.

    • Be sure to register for the proper class when signing up. You will see 2 classes held at the same time - one is for ONLINE participants to join via our private Zoom line, the other is for the in-person class.

    • If you are unable to attend a reserved class or wish to join Online instead, please change your registration or call the studio at least 1-hour prior to class so you are not charged a “no show” fee. Be sure to review our Cancellation, No-Show, & Studio Policies listed below.

  • Our cozy home studio is located about 1 mile from Olde Town Arvada in a residential community with plenty of FREE street parking.

    • We have a lot of kiddos in the neighborhood so drive very slowly & with caution!

  • Socks must be worn at all times in the studio for safety & hygiene.

    • Grip socks are highly recommended for Barre & Yoga classes to prevent your feet from sliding. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

    • Regular socks should be worn for Tribal Belly Dance classes & all other events & appointments.

  • Please bring your own Yoga mat for all classes. If you don't have a mat:

    • You may rent one from us for $3 per use.

    • We sell Jade Yoga Sustainable Rubber & Manduka Lifetime Warranty Yoga mats. Please note, these are high-quality mats & are priced between $80-100.

  • All other props are provided, but feel free to bring your own should you prefer. Props required are listed under each class description.

Weather Permitting Outdoor Class Info

Classes held Outdoors (spring, summer, & fall) are weather-permitting & clearly noted on the schedule. Sometimes we meet in the park for these classes so be sure to check when registering.

  • After the sun goes down it can be a bit chilly so please dress accordingly.

  • Please follow all Special COVID-19 guidelines listed below.

  • For any outdoor classes held at our home studio, park on the street & go through the side patio gate (to the left of the house). For classes held in the park, please see the specific class description for location.

  • If the weather is not cooperating, we will cancel the Outside class & move into the studio & also have the Online option. If you are unable to attend or wish to join Online instead, please change your registration or call the studio at least 1-hour prior to class so you are not charged a “no show” fee. Be sure to review our Cancellation, No-Show, & Studio Policies listed below.

Special COVID-19 Requirements

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will follow all mandates for small group, in-person Fitness practice & ask for your full compliance & adherence to all protocols (listed below or adjusted at any time). Should you not be willing to adhere & comply with all mandates & protocols, you are welcome to join us Online for instruction at any time:

  • If you or anyone in your household are sick or have recently been sick, please stay home. Please also change your registration to Online if you feel well enough to practice, or call/email to reschedule as needed.

  • It is your choice to wear a mask during class or not.

  • Hand sanitizer will be provided & we ask that you sanitize your hands upon arrival & before departure from any class, event, or appointment you attend.

  • Depending on current mandates, we may require that your temperature be taken upon arrival, proof of vaccination be shown, &/or collect a waiver ensuring you & no one you’ve been in contact with in the last 10-days has been ill.

  • Please be sensitive to others' circumstances & comfort. It is a good practice to always ask permission for any contact & be mindful of giving other participants & instructors their space.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales at One Yoga Center, LLC are final. There are no refunds on any purchases of class packages, memberships, classes, workshops, events or healing arts services. It is the responsibility of the client to note the dates and times of classes, workshops & events, or expiration or end date of such services rendered. There is no sharing of any class packages or memberships.

To cancel your auto-renew membership, please call or speak with us at the center at least 14-days (2-weeks) prior to your next scheduled auto withdrawal.

We are a small business & we appreciate your understanding of our policies. Thank you for your support.

Class, Event & APPOINTMENT Reservation/Booking Policy

We appreciate you pre-registering for classes & events to reserve your spot. You may register for classes up to 14-days prior.

We are a small studio space & at times students will be placed on a waiting list for classes. Therefore, if you will not be attending a class you’ve reserved, please check out of the class as soon as possible so someone else may be moved from the waitlist into the class. We also have the following policies for cancellations & no-shows:

Cancellations for reserved classes, events, workshops, private appointments & healing appointments must be made at least ONE-hour before the scheduled start time. If you cancel your reservation after the one-hour cut off, this will be considered a "late cancel" & you will be charged a $5 fee.  If you are registered & fail to show for a class, event, workshop, private appointment or healing appointment that you have reserved, this will be considered a "no show" & you will be charged a $10 fee. If you purchased a single class or are on a class-pass package, one class will be deducted from that package as if you attended.

Clients must arrive at least 5-minutes before class or an event or workshop begins to secure their reserved space, otherwise spaces may be given to any waitlisted clients who wish to attend.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be easing our policies for anyone who does not feel well.  If you or anyone in your family are sick or have recently been sick, please stay home & a full refund in the form of an account credit will be given & a rescheduled date is not an option (please email us to request account credit).
